The majority of my work is with couples online. I love helping them enhance their communication and create deeper connection, have fun, friendship and better intimacy.
I also work with individuals looking to empower their lives and help them to achieve their goals and dreams through wellness of mind, body and spirit.

I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Symbis, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My specializations include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting, grief, anger management, addictions, divorcing families, and relationships, and I enjoy working with a diverse population. For those prioritizing their spiritual walk, Christian counseling is available, incorporating prayer and biblical references to guide you toward your life desires.
